**Quectel Pi H1** smart single-board computer defaults to the **Debian** operating system and has been optimized for hardware. **Quectel Pi H1** supports over 35,000 **Debian** software packages. For most **Quectel Pi H1** use cases, it is recommended to use the **Debian** operating system.

# System characteristics

The system architecture balances hardware compatibility and software ecosystem scalability, supporting hardware acceleration capabilities of Qualcomm series chips (such as **GPU/NPU** computing units), while retaining the package management mechanism and open-source software repository of **Debian** to meet development and deployment needs.

# Version description

The current integrated system version is **Debian 13 (Trixie)**, which will be updated with the official release of **Debian**.
